PROCEDURES for BOOKING
ATTENTION! WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,
BUT ONLY THE WEST SIDE WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE 2008 SEASON.
1. Email us with preferred dates to check availability for your visit. aceandgrace@yahoo.com
Please make sure to include all your contact information, especially your phone numbers We'll respond as soon as possible.
2. Once reservations are confirmed, mail us a check for deposit within five days:

3. No less than fourteen days prior to arrival, we must receive the entire rental payment, inclusive of taxes and fees.
Upon receipt of that payment, we will mail two keys to the unit, and two parking permits that are to be displayed on the dashboard of your vehicle during your stay.
4. Upon departure, the unit will be inspected, notwithstanding any issues or damage, your deposit of $200.00 will be mailed within fourteen (14) days.
Sample Rental Payments follow. Please note that Linen and Cleaning Fees are not taxed.
