PROCEDURES for BOOKING
ATTENTION! WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE INCONVENIENCE,
BUT ONLY THE WEST SIDE (ACE) WILL BE AVAILABLE FOR THE 2012 SEASON.

Once reservations are confirmed, mail us a check for deposit within five (5) days: Amount: $200.00 Payee: Jan King Address: P O Box 6636 Gulf Shores, AL 36547 |

No less than fourteen days prior to arrival, we must receive the entire rental payment, inclusive of taxes and fees. Keys will be issued upon arrival. |

4. |
Upon departure, the unit will be inspected, notwithstanding any issues or damage, your deposit of $200.00 will be mailed within fourteen (14) days. |
